Storage and access
Submitted messages are written to a private Cloudflare D1 database connected to this website. They are not published on the site. Access is for people managing enquiries and the hosting services needed to operate the site. The forms use an idempotency key to avoid duplicate records if a submission is retried.
Site operation
This version does not connect an advertising or optional analytics provider and does not set analytics cookies. The hosting provider may process technical request information to operate and protect the site. A short-lived rate-limit record helps prevent repeated form submissions.
Your choices
You can ask to correct or remove an inquiry through the contact form. Choose only the information needed to explain the request. Do not include passwords, payment credentials or other sensitive account information.
Inquiry records should be reviewed periodically and retained only as long as they remain useful for the enquiry, any resulting business relationship and legitimate operational or legal needs. The final retention schedule should receive professional legal review before the business introduces additional systems or jurisdictions.
